The results of Project EAT (Eating among Teens) has been published in the journral ‘Pediatrics’. It confirms what our grandmothers told us – breakfast is the most important meal of the day.The conclusions – there is an inverse relationship between frequency of breakfast and BMI. The more often you have breakfast, the lower your BMI is likely to be.The full text article is available here
